Join our live online mindfulness meditation session led by an experienced Theravada Buddhist monk. Simply register for the session. You'll receive a confirmation email with the meeting link and joining instructions before the event.

What do I need to participate?

All you need is a quiet space, a stable internet connection, and a comfortable chair or cushion. You can join from your computer, tablet, or smartphone.

Can I ask questions during the session?

Yes. There will be time at the end of the session to ask questions about meditation and how to apply mindfulness in everyday life.

Do I need to be Buddhist?

No. Everyone is welcome, regardless of your religion, beliefs, or background. The session focuses on practical meditation techniques that anyone can benefit from.

Can I watch without registering?

Yes. We also livestream each session on Facebook and YouTube. However, registering gives you the best experience by providing the Zoom link, event reminders, and the opportunity to participate in the live Q&A.

Will I have to turn on my camera?

No. Turning on your camera is completely optional. You're welcome to participate in whatever way feels most comfortable.

What if I can't attend this week's session?

No problem. We offer online meditation sessions every week. Simply register for another upcoming session that works with your schedule.

How long is the session?

The session lasts approximately 90 minutes, including guided meditation, practical teachings, and time for questions.
