What You'll Need

A quiet space, a stable internet connection, and a comfortable place to sit. You can join from a chair, cushion, or meditation bench, and it's worth having water and a light snack to hand for the breaks.

A Theravāda Buddhist Monk

Ordained in the Theravāda tradition and trained at Mahamevnawa Meditation Center in Sri Lanka, our monk brings warmth, patience, and years of lived practice to every session.
